For yesterday, I am most grateful for:

– checking things off from my todo list – what a pleasure! 🙂
– the new mind-blowing information from Brian Tracy on how people are
– noticing another clear improvement on my body’s performance since we turned raw
– the divine tasting snack we had in the evening – really, raw food is and tastes best!
– going to bed on time
