About the blessed day yesterday, I am most grateful for:

– finally eating what was left of a big work “frog” that was getting close to push me into procrastination
– finding and selecting a bunch of raw food recipes I can easily make with the limited resources here, when I was close to losing hope
– the bottle with hot water keeping my feet warm and comfortable throughout the day
– understanding the power of allowing and accepting, from the mind shaking info on social relationships Brian Tracy generously shares
– the sweet cheese-honey-cinnamon-peppermint snack we had in the afternoon
