For yesterday, I am most grateful for:
– coming up in the morning with two new 3-week goals – thus refreshing my direction, sense of purpose and motivation
– succeeding to stick to my commitment to discipline and positive-only speaking, throughout the entire day
– bringing again clarity, structure and results in work
– trying a new tasty raw recipe for dinner – carrot ginger soup
– the simple, cozy Valentine day’s supper we set for ourselves, with rose wine and French cheese
