Top five of gratitude triggers of yesterday:

– coming up with the – exciting – game of choosing one raw fancy recipe to make each day
– listening in the evening to my favorite music from the teen years

– going shopping for lots and lots of goooood food
– Mikael’s commitment and help with keeping me on the good path of healthy raw food, when my cravings were to pull me into bad choices
– the time and conversation we had with our host Hartmut, who proves more and more as a really good guy
– the silent evening, spent on my own with body care
