Yesterday’s gratitude December 3, 2010

About yesterday, I am most grateful for:

– working: intensely, focused yet with surprising ease and (expected) pleasure
– figuring out a simple yet so effective way to keep myself present every single moment to my goal
– getting a break for being physically tired with mental work – what a pleasure!
– decorating our room for Christmas and instantly getting the spirit

– the power outage occurring in late evening, cutting away distractions and bringing us PRESENT – to ourselves, to surroundings, to the need of going to sleep
